Es wurden zwei verschiedene Musikvideos produziert. Die im Fernsehen gezeigte Version konzentriert sich stark auf die Band, während eine alternative Version abstrakte Aufnahmen einer Tänzerin (der Schauspielerin und Tänzerin Morleigh Steinberg) zeigt. Das Video ist in Schwarz-Weiß gehalten und hat eine sehr melancholische, intime Atmosphäre, die perfekt zur Stimmung der Ballade passt. Regisseur Matt Mahurin nutzte künstlerische, oft surreale und bildhafte Schnitte (wie Bilder von fließendem Wasser und Naturmotiven), um die emotionalen Konflikte des Liedes visuell zu unterstreichen.
